Please give me your appraisal opinions on VideoMP3 . com

It gets consistant but small type in traffic (about 300/month), converts about 25% of the time...but I think the name has much more potential than the type ins...

I have received what I would consider a lowball offer for this name (high xxx). I guess not necessarily lowball, but low reseller... as I have considered this a high value name

Please let me know what you think. I am not going to take this offer, but am interested in what to counter with.

Sometimes it is hard to truly see your own domains value so if I am over shooting this one...please let me know.
