It has 12,728 OVT and is apparently how a lot of people (about 10% of the population) spell vaginas. What is strange is that the plural in this case gets about 200 times the hits as the singlar version.
I don't know what to do with this domain. I wasn't looking for it when I got it. It was just there and it had such high OVT that I thought I shouldn't pass it by. I too spell it that way at first.

Now what do I do with it?
What is it worth if anything?

Any advise or ideas is appreciated.

First you need to see if there is any type-in traffic. The value will be determined by that.
