Just got a decent offer on VIL.com (low 20s) and wanted to bounce it off here.

The term VIL is an abbreviation for village (see here) and is used quite often in .gov city urls

I'm not a big fan of appraisal services but estibot is actually pretty close to market and they have it at $44,000.
Does that seem realistic to you all?

Where would you all appraise this one?

Thanks in advance. ;)

your not a smart man are you? what i need to add "K" for you to understand the domain is worth 20-30K!!!

WoW... you seriously need to stop harrassing members.. this is not the first time, ive had this issue with you before! Always looking for something to point fingers too!

Trying to start trouble! I have every right to appraise a domain, and you have no right to violate the forum rules!

Sorry Bgray.

Not trying to start trouble and I have never dealt with you before so I have no idea what you are talking about. I've never had an issue with any member here and I have been a member for 3 years.

Easy fellas. I think namefox was questioning a "priceless" feedback in the appraisal forum. Let's cut it there.

Thanks all for the feedback. ;)

Batman- $20 is $20 - $20k is $20k - namefox is the correct one

how is he right, he stated that my appraising method is wrong... its not the point of the "K" - all my LLL.com appraisal have K in it.. i made a human error.. and that gives him the right to attack me..

oviously your picking sides, then accepting the facts!

I think $44K may be a little high for a reseller/investor, Id say more like 25k....although, I'd have to think if I saw this on snap or name jet...it would go for $30-40K

I'd say estibot is pretty close to end user pricing, if not a little low....
