It would appear so. I know if i lost the domain to the "hallway guy" due to legalities i'd be suing moniker. Very unprofessional the way they handled that sale.

I think the business is slowly catching on.
I searched through the Japanese sites and found that most of them are using mobile affiliates - one of them being "mobile amazon". Doesnt Amazon have mobile affiliates on your side?

As far as Europe case - I'm sure it's in attorneys hands. It's bad because you lost or you won doesn’t matter - you pay legal fees anyway. It's bad for Think but I am hoping the general outcome is going to positive for him.

If this case will leak to the Headlines it may be good for MOBIs - like advertisement - free for us because paid by Think, actually.
