With the recent sale of VisitFlorida.com for 186,000 USD I figured now would be a good time to get an appraisal on this set. All registered earlier this year.

Its tough to say, without knowing about the Florida sale, these are all worth $40-$50

But after seeing what VisitFlorida.com went for, the sky is the limit

That sums it up quite nicely.

Personally, I'd only pay mid $xx for each of them, but as he already stated.. anything's possible.

When I read the first post, I also checked out other "visit + big city" .info's. However, there are quite some that have not even been registered. Does that mean a) these visit+whatever.info are not good enough or b) I have discovered some gems?

Very common prefix for travel related sites, particularly in the UK and Europe.

I would… .info fits PERFECTLY for travel sites. 5 years down the road I could even see sites switching from .com to .info.

And even if this doesn’t happen .info is the next best alternative extension by far (for this use).
