If the sites are going to mention Windows Vista in any way and have ads on it you'll find yourself in TM hell.

Windows Vista will be their official name. The other site is a window company therefore having nothing to do with computer's or operating systems.

IMHO you should be fine. If it was windowsvistatalk then it would be a different story.

If the webiste is *Anything*Vista.com or Vista*Anything*.com and the main content of the site is about "Windows Vista" you will be in violation of their Trademark unless it is for non-commercial purposes like WindowsVistaSucks.com, which you would probably be able to defend if there were no ads or commercial purposes at all, doesn't mean that Microsoft won't still try to sue though.
