Your second statement is quite untrue. Everyone I've been around that is high will not shut up....They can talk about nonsense for hours, which is why I think it's a good name, and fitting.

Also, I've been to Amsterdam and everyone is friendly, maybe because of the pot, but never had a problem carrying on a long conversation with someone. lol.
