Please appraise www.w4t.com

I bought the domain with the idea of setting up a (myspace-like) teen portal, hence the domain: Web For Teens (W4T)

However I have since found out W4T is some corporate Java Platform component called W4 Toolkit (World Wide Web Windowing Toolkit) which can be found here.

I have been offered $800 for the domain which is quite reasonable considering it's a LNL.com, and mid to high $xx,xxx if developed.

Any idea of it's end-user worth with and without development...
