Offers of $99 and $400 so far.

There are millions of types of waivers, liability waivers, zoning waivers, naturalization waivers, lien waivers (big one)....

Not a lot of use with the name currently, but I would have to think $x,xxx atleast.

Good luck with it.

There are just so many types of waivers that companies and contractors need, I would think that a legal document company would love this domain. Might be useful for a law firm as well. Keep the appraisals coming.

Thanks. Highest offer since listing it for interested parties four days ago has been $xxx. Appraisal is at $x,xxx. Based on responses I value waivers.com at $x,xxx range. Not sure if high or low $x,xxx. Anyone else?

There may be millions of types of waivers, but I still attribute little value to this domain name. $XX - $XXX.

Good Luck.

Good good, more appraisals. I think there tends to be an extreme response bias in these appraisals, where the only people responding are those who either hate the name or those who love it. Hopefully the average of the two is an accurate valuation....

I would take the $400. Too generic and loosely targeted to be worth much more.

I would probably develop a fantasy football site as I know they are generous with their affiliate offerings. You could offer lists of the top waivers.

That is an excellent idea! Waivers are used for every major team sport and in every fantasy sport league. (Waivers are used in NHL, NBA, MLB, and the NFL). Basically it's how you pick up players for a team after they are dropped by another team.

For those who do not know what he is talking about:

ESPN MLB Waivers 101

ESPN Fantasy Football Rules

Thank you deepstar for the tip. Fantasy Sports affiliate offerings are indeed quite generous. Not sure which sport waiver list I should develop. It's probably best to have waivers.com contain waiver lists for all fantasy team sports. I would have to contact the fantasy sports sites, but I would think they'd be amenable to allowing access to the waiver list data. It's free advertising for them, and gets their players more involved in the game (which is what they want).

I will publish the actual NHL, NBA, MLB, and NFL waiver lists as well. This domain is extremely well targetted then, fantasy sports pays well indeed.
