it is either aliased or not (i.e. new tld)

I have read most everything pertaining to IDNs over the past 3 years. Would appreciate if you got a source or link to anything from GNSO, GAC, or ICANN on this. Or better yet....anything from Verisign, who have been pretty much mum on most everything related to IDN aliasing (beyond their DNAME plan published in December 2005).

I have to admit this may cause the internet to get a tad bit confusing and how do you deal with the big players and their claim on all of the money making domains
