I think noone or almost noone is from Abu Dhabi. It's more like a bug in the DNForum - this flag is automatically asigned when you create a new account, probably first alphabetically...

<rant> Clearly, the only reason folks of this ilk need to buy their way in is that they've tried multiple times to sign up at multiple services and been denied for various reasons. There once was a time not too long ago that services allowed automatic signups without human checks for e-mail, phone, domain name quality, etc. Ahh, those were the days. Long gone now. Obviously someone trying to buy their way in has a preponderance to do nefarious things with their domains and kudos to you folks helping us blow them in. </rant>
