What I want:
1. Front end obviously, can be discussed further in detail with regards to design when developer is chosen. Similar to reference, possibly a little more similar
2. Integrated forum system
3. SECURE PayPal Buy It Now system (e.g. makes it so after a purchase, there is a support ticket opened, something like that)
4. Log-in system which differs from writers/clients (see point 5)
5. Allows clients to see which users have taken their job and how many posts have been "claimed" (e.g. "I will do them!") by each writer
6. In accordance with point 5, a page where *point 5* is shown along with room for comments via client, writer, and admin.
7. In accordance with *point 4*, different usergroups for Admin, Client, and Writer
8. In accordance with points *4* and *7* an Admin Control Panel for full control
What I need from you:
1a. Firstly, anything you need clarified
1b. Assuming 1a is null, a quote
2. A time frame
3. A contact email
4. A mobile phone number which you don't mind a text message/phone call at (mobile highly preferred)
5. AIM/MSN messenger info (USA time zone preferred)
