Wanted: Service Wanted - Program/Script to scan for proxy servers

I am looking for a program or script to scan for proxy servers. I am not looking for a subscription service to a website as I want the scanner to scan for proxy servers, take them and post them in a MySQL database to be displayed on a page.

This project will be mainly for personal use. I have seen a few websites out there with such scripts so I know there must be something out there to accomplish this.

If you have something like this please PM me with details and price. I have no set budget for a script or program of this nature.
