Hello, I would like a quote for a custom coded script that allows users to register on the site, have their own profiles, with a gallery, which inline media playing capabilities. It would be nice if it had a permisions (size) system also.

I would like it something like 1. register 2. create profile 3. upload photos 4. view thumb gallery 5. see picture/video 6. see enlarged photo

I dont need anything else but this, no graffix are needed or anything.
