word of note:
those who lease domains, do not lease per visitor
In general, there is either a "lease to own" option, or an option to rent for fixed period of time, at a fixed or increased rate,.... over that period.
lease per visitor, particularly for realestate domains, would not benefit the domain owner.
as if the domain gets 100 visitors per day, then they would/are probably making more per visitor, than the $0.10 you're offering.
