Wanted: Domain Wanted Technical Partner

I'm looking for someone who has the vision, technical experience, and time to build some affliate websites with me. What I want is not the standard boilerplate website but a unique experience for each website. There are many examples in here alone. For example, if it is a forum, I want to the forum to have unique graphics and spiced with unique comments. Does anyone like that exsist in here? Are we all domain'ers with the same problem?
