Thanks everybody,

from a basic research and I found that:
there are a total of 7,030,000 search results for "ware" in google ..
I believe it worth much higher than just REG fee. Also from "http://inventory.overture.com" I found that "ware" is a common word stands for "software" ( ad ware, spyware, share ware, game ware, free ware ..etc) and many searches are made throughout september ... ware is a common word ... "max" is a popular word to american people (Officemax, wirelessmax, bigmax, carmax, and in future there will be shoppingmax and waremax hehe)
