it doesn't have much commercial value so i don't think you will find an end-user easily.

maybe you can develop it into a information site about the various global wars.

That is exactly what i was thinking of doing with it writing like a running ticker for how much the current wars have cost tax payers then maybe put up some links to other sites and try to get people to link to it.
