amazing GD non-action 3 days later.

It is amazing if one especially doesn't care how sensitive these things can be,
although it's understandable if one cares only about results. In my ex-registrar
life, I've had alleged hijacking cases that turn out to be he-said-she-saids we
weren't in a legally-empowering position to mediate.

These things do take time, and it's not always resolved almost immediately. If
anything, the registrar can at least give the OP an update whether something
had changed or not.

The domain can be transferred out if it's unlocked, auth code given, etc. But
the registrar might lock it up and override the user's control before that might
happen.

I Believe he should hire a lawyer and file a compliant on the court

in this Case Godaddy would response faster

Because i don't think some forum posts or PMs looks legit
But if you send the case in the court their specialist ask Godaddy to check the account IP addresses and many other factors to find out if your domain has hijacked or Not

If the domain is really worth anything (and I don't dispute that it is), then you should invest the money into filing a complaint and seeking an injunction from the court transferring it back ti you. This isn't cheap, but it isn't prohibitively expensive either.

Finally this has a happy end, thanks to all the people that get interested in my problem and try to help me, specially to EQUALIZER.

Another reason

To NOT USE FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT for your domain name

I've heard strong arguements both ways.

Personally I think it's most important to use an email that is your primary email address to increase your chances of detecting people screwing around ... And personally I'd rather use a domain and email server I control.

and ALWAYS active Private WHOIS on it

Privacy whois denies the registrant an audit trail of ownership.

Want privacy? Get a POB and a cheap VOIP line so you can prove legal ownership and yet avoid being annoyed by solicitors.

Using privacy whois is dead wrong for cases like this. Just think about being a domain buyer, how do you *PROVE TO YOUSELF* the domain was not stollen when you see it's been using privacy whois? You can't ... Thus you don't want the be a registrant using privacy whois.

I wish ICANN would would stop registrars from providing whois privacy / proxy services. Each whois should show real legal address for the registrant ... To help protect the registrant from this domain theft insanity.
