This post is to get another low life none paying bidder indexed in google such that others can avoid doing business with him.

I had an LLL.com listed on eBay with a very reasonable BIN.

ZHANG HETAO [email protected] clicked BIN, then refused to pay.

He firstly said his bank wouldn't allow paypal payment, as such I advised an escrow.com payment. He refused stating that his bank would not let him spend that much money. As far as I can deduce he either: i) Did not have the money to honour his payment, or ii) Just changed his mind.

Eitherway.. not ideal for me, thinking I had an $x,xxx sale and then not being paid.

Address details, as of another whois search:

ZHANG, HETAO [email protected]
B-10-1-202
DONG FANG JIA YUAN
BAODING, HEBEI 071000
China
+86.18931208888

I'd avoid dealing with this guy at all costs. Complete waste of time.
Cheers

Shame sellers can not leave negative feedback at ebay anymore nowadays.
I think around 10-15% of my ebay sales were not paid for last year.

whats the point of having a feed back system if you can't leave negative feedback (when it is waranted) to none payers or scammers.

Because the seller only serve this website as a slave to pay commissions and have no rights, can't claim about scammers or stupid rules like those authorized for feedbacks.
The buyer is the kind and you, poor little seller, must serve him even if it is a scammer. That's the website's rules. Accept them or not.

Solution: open a dispute for UNPAID purchase and pray that this scammer don't reply to this claim. If you are lucky, this buyer will not reply and you will be abble to close the claim after 7 calendar days in order to get the sale's commissions back.

Good luck !

Ebay changed the rules to prevent sellers from leaving negative feedback, because buyers were afraid to leave negative feedback and get a retaliatory negative feedback.

This lead to feedback blackmail; don’t leave me negative feedback or I’ll leave you negative feedback. Or remove your negative feedback and I’ll remove my negative feedback.

It got ride of one kind of problem, but as in this case, it created another type of problem. Buyers have the advantage now and can default mostly unpunished – although enough non payer complaints will eventually get them in trouble with eBay.

Also, it’s “NON payer” not NONE payer.

eBay is dead as far as I'm concerned.

Ebay's billing is odd too. I'm getting seller invoices that are paid automaticlly, but a balance is still carried forward. I don't sell anything for well over a month but still have a balance owed. Anyone else notice that. Thanks, this thread reminded me to check up on it.
