Was wondering out loud if it is possible that Enom wasn't even in the game today? I had 8 domains listed at Enom, Pool, and SnapNames. Pool got 4; snapnames got 4! And I had an additional 12 listed ONLY at Enom. Looks like they didn't get any of those either.

Wm,

I wondered the same thing.

I had 30 names on Enom's drop club for today.

It appears they caught ZERO.

I wonder if it is because Enom had an offsite meeting on Friday for the staff and management. And, they didn't make it back to turn on the program for Saturday.

I have found over the past 12 months when Enom's Drop Club screws up, it is always on
a Saturday or Sunday.

And, if it happens on a Saturday, the problem continues til Monday.

Therefore, I will not depend on Enom to catch anything tomorrow.

I love these companies that want to profit from a global customer base. But, want
to work 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday.

actually enom caught at least 2 that i know of - one that i did not have on my enom list and one that many people had on there list - so that domain will be added monday to the private auction (if they even can find out which names they caught - the reason i say this is that frequently i get domains after a month or so all of a sudden into my account and i check and see that it was caught a month earlier at the drop but never got processed)

Well, I guess someone decided to go into the office today (Sunday).

I see they just posted (in the past couple minutes) that 3 are now in auction.
And, I won 1.

(13% success rate for catching drops. It is usually twice that number. At least,
that is better than 0%.)

I just checked. They caught 14 out of 29 today (Sunday).

That is 48% which is higher than their normal success rate.

I guess it pays for them to work on Sunday.

What a difference a day makes!

Today, Enom was the Power Vac of drop catchers; they grabbed almost everything! Unbelievable!

Sorry Richard, nearly stepped on your post! LOL

Saturday was a below-normal day. It happens. Saturday also had a problem talking to the registry for validation, so a lot of Saturday's names were validated on Sunday.

By the way, it's not a "nobody's home" issue. I monitor the drop every day. Weekends, too.
