Just picked this up off the drop and thought it was definitely worth the $7.17 :)

From what I have read on Wiki, this is a beach resort town north of Toronto with a permanent pop of around 15k and 2 million summer visitors annually!

I know there are quite a few Canadians on DNF and curious if anyone has been there and can add if this would be a good domain for development

As an Ontario resident, I loved this name the second I saw it. Great pickup :)

Never been a huge fan of geo .org's, but I'd say this is definitely worth mid $xxx, low $xxx in the worst of cases.

Appreciate the insight Maxwell - seems like there isn't too much competition but there is a healthy 22k exact searches a month. I was considering development and figured real estate might be a good place to start along with a city guide...I am definitely going to hold this one for a bit, I think it can bring in some healthy passive profits!

wasagabeach.org is definitely worth picking up at cost. Was there the year before, and dipped in anyway even when the water is kind of cool (21 C at noon). And it's REALLY jammed everywhere in the area, esp. over weekends in the summer. To be honest, it's a better place to pick up girls than to swim. LOL! Good pick. (No pun intended.)

Sounds like I need to do some local "research!"
