UPDATE: I starting logging traffic on Dec 4..

from Dec 4 to Dec 14 the domain has had 258 visitors... thats unparked and undeveloped......

At that rate it is on course for ab out 750/month which is pretty good....

ANy more offers.. I would love to move this domain...

I will move the Buy It Now to $5500, I will pay escrow fees..

Still open to offers as well, never know when I just might sell it...
Also would consider pushing to an auction for the right starting bid commitment....
