I have had this site for 6 months or so, the site is a well respected tutorial site which gets around 25k unique visits per month.

I have not been able to develop revenue as other projects keep getting in the way, site earns around $40-$50 per month. There is big scope to improve this. I dont really have the skills to write top quaility photoshop tutorials, that this site deserves, so I have decided to find a good home for it.

Hi,

Can you send me snapshots of the referrers and search engine keywords? It seems like traffic is dropping. Assuming the trend continues (4304 visitors through Dec 8. the month of december would have 16K visitors)

Yes stats are a little down this month, this is because traffic in from external Tutorial sites is very low at the moment. This is one of the reasons I am looking to sell, for these sites to be sucessful you need to aquire or write top quaility tutorials, then submit them to sites such as good-tutorials.com and recive traffic.

This site is in need of a good home, somebody who understands this area and can aquire or write the content the site deserves.

Site is also showing 562,356 in alexa.org, 61 back links in google, and 12,600 pages indexed in google.

Current high offer $1500 -- for PR5 site with 500-1100 visits per day, CMS, VB, and amazon store(s).
