Hello everyone,
I'm taking offers for WealthResearch.com

Registrar:Godaddy
Expiration Date: 10-may-2009
Payment: Paypal or Sedo (split the fees)

This name was first registered in 2000 or before according Archive.org.
Here is it's park statistics recently.
[IMG=http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/4581/domainparkingoldsedocouei3.th.jpg]

Makes about $0.6 per day currently. Pure type-in traffic, high paying keywords, high CTR and the traffic is increasing month by month. It has big potential. I only used Sedo's parking and I think you know how to get much more revenue from it. Besides the parking revenue, it is also a valuable name, isn't it?

Taking offers from $xxx. Thanks.

Thank you for your offers,guys.
But they are really too low for an aged generic domain with type-in traffic.
Looking for more offers,thanks.

have you owned this domain for a whole year? After looking at your stats and this domain carries the same momentum after the sale do you think it is safe to say it will make $160 annually? ($13+ x 12 months)

I would have to throw my hat in for a bid much closer to the others myself.

I will give you $200, unless you have stats that show a annual revenue greater than $160, I may consider more

After thought ---

Domain: wealthresearch.com

Keywords (User-Defined) wealth research

Frequency (MSN) 11600

Backlinks 0

PageRank 0

Alexa Rank Not Ranked

Traffic (Visits / Day) N/A

http://EstiBot.com Valuation : USD 140

you may want to take the offers you have received in Sedo

Hi tldrental,

The revenue is in Euro, not USD. I think the appraisal from EstiBot.com doesn't mean much. I'm sorry I don't have annual revenue stats, but the traffic and revenue are increasing. It has the potential. Maybe I should not sell it at this time. I think there should be someone willing to pay 3 years even 5 years' revenue for this kind of domain.

Estibot is not the word of god, just a guide for a rough from the hip estimate. which I think it does a good job of.

I made you the offer prior to looking at estibot, you may notice

That all being said, viewing the current stats since we don't have a year background on this domain it makes + or - 13 euros a month. which is an annual 156 +/- euros a year.

I absolutely agree about the 3 year rule, it is the common denominator through out all businesses when selling a business, but usually only after a valid multi year track record.

The problem with this particular case is that it is pure speculation that it will even do 156 euros, but I would say pretty safe speculation that it will.

Sure it has bigger potential possibly, but again speculation or gamble right?

All the above being said I think 1.5 years is generous offer, and you should take if you are given that offer.

Otherwise sit on the domain for one year and then try to sell it for 3 years revenue or more. It will have more creditability to perspective buyer at that point who will pay you what you want.

Your marketing your name to wholesalers more or less, so it is hard to get retail prices for your products.

If your dead set against selling this domain now maybe you should find a retail market place for it.

Only 5 hours left and the price is only $75. Great chance to get a great domain!Just had a look at it's parking stats and it has made 1.8 Euros today! The revenue is increasing!
I think I made a big mistake.I'm really regret to push it to auction with such a low start price.:sigh2:
