Also just to cover your ass or anyone elses who buys the site or is considering it. I'd shrinkwrap the product and have a whole bunch of labels made up that clearly state that if by taking off the shrink wrap you are agreeing to waving the right of holding the company liable for any damage or personal injury from the said product. If you notice cell phone companies do this when you get your cellphone as far as agreeing to the contract, do the same thing with the product.

Right, I do something of the similiar. There's many ways to cover yourself, although I've never once had a liability issue.
