Hello all
I would like to sell my Design and Hosting company. We have branched out into more of the hosting market than the design side and would like to sell off this part of the network.
About the site:
The site was custom designed, and we have a number of designs in our portfolio. We have developed around 100 web sites and directories and integrated designs around scripts for clients. We have a alexa rank of around 700k.
The site is a Page rank 2 and has many incoming links (i think around 2000 or so) We also have many inner ranked pages.
Traffic:
The site gets around 20-100 uniques per day and has any pages indexed in google. Most of the traffic we get is from the search engines or by word of mouth.
We did advertise with adwords that went quite well.

Revenue:
We charge around $300 for a custom 2 page web design. Of course if the client requires more we will reflect that on the total price.

Hosting:
We have never marketed the web site for hosting. This was our design base so there will be a single client that will come with the sale, he pays via credit card $9.95 per month. We have had requests, but we like to keep the hosting to a minimum.

Domain name: Gecia.com
Account lab plus license
Domain cart license
Client Base
I will continue to work for the company if the new buyer will allow that.
This was a great site and i will miss it dearly, it has brought us an unimaginable amount of custom, its a shame i have to sell it.
