I have this site http://www.lethalhost.com a web hosting directory. I am considering to sell it.
The site have more than 1100 site entries, averaging 30 unique a day. Web hosting site owners can submit their sites.
The site also have a rss feed to ensure new contents, which is good for SE... the rss feed is base on the category you are viewing.
there is a simple admin where you can deny, approve, or edit submitted sites.
The domain is 2 years old...
