This is a project I was going to work on awhile back, but I've been way to busy and haven't had time, so I figured it's time to let it go to a new home.

Is this just static pages, or are their some scripts behind it.. if so, what are they written in and what do they do?

Is there source code for the graphics? If so, what tool?

Thats correct, the pages are all static, I actually don't have the source code for the graphics anymore, but if its just small changes I can probably go ahead and do them in Photoshop real quick.
