Web Juniors is a webmaster forum that was specifically made for the younger generation of webmasters (basically webmasters in their teens or a bit older).
vBulletin leased license is included with the sale - I am fully aware that vBulletin licenses cannot be transferred, but I will give you the login details for the members area anyways.
Around 60% of the members have been paid to post. I've spent around $70 - $80 paying people to post at a rate of $0.10 / post. The rest of the people have joined after seeing potential in the community and liking the idea of a community especially for young webmasters.
The site has lots of potential.
Reason for sale:
Too many sites/forums at the moment. Need to sell a few of my sites/forums (including this one) so I can focus better and be more productive with the remaining sites/forums I'll have left (one of them being a forum with 10,000 members that is mostly managed by me).
Traffic:
Traffic mainly comes from posts at various webmaster forums (mainly DP and *********) and my signature here at DP.
Revenue:
Revenue is earned through adsense.
