Hey everybody,
I'm putting web-page.info up for sale.
Website infomation:
The site has been up for about 7 months but I didn't realize affiliate links weren't working until late October 2006 :cry: . They have been corrected for almost 4 full months at this point and I have earned $71.35 in affiliate commissions since ($68.85 from Moniker and a whopping $2.50 from 1&1 which I'm just too lazy to remove). I've also had several affiliates sign up at Namedrive. The revenue derived from that is impossible to calculate but is probably in the order of $1-$2/month or so. Roughly $18-20/months in total revenue.
It's basically a one-page html site with a custom script that accesses whois databases for .com, .net, .org (with occassional glitches), .info, .biz, .us and .mobi. Statcounter shows for last 30 days:
Page loads / Uniques / First Time Visitors / Returning Visitors
Total 574 / 515 / 401 / 114
Average 19 / 17 / 13 / 4
This site can be a cash cow if you have the patience and avenues to advertise it, especially to folks new to domaining looking for an easy to use domain availability script.
