I just got this domain that I used POOL drop catch service.

I paid end user price. May be...
But I did not have best name yet, these kind of field that Website design / Website creation.
So I did over bid last minute.

Please appraisal this domain " Fair price for reseller" & " Fair price for end user".

I want know your broad opinions.

Thank you.

With actual development on this domain, I CAN see the 'brand' wodth 5k-10k from just the domain.

By itself, I personally see it at maximum 2500. [btw I was following that .. some fearsome bidding going on heh!]

Hi, AhmedF.

Thank you for your post.
The last 1 minute became it tense in the highest.

I did not set up my server yet. OVT: 0, but this domain looks have not a few traffic. In this case, it is not very important.

This name looks having a lot of alternative combo domains in google, so I think it must be a very nice name thou I do not really understand what it mean?
According to archive.org, WebCreations.com was a hosting company and built since 1996, wow! There must be a lot of traffic.
This is a very good catch. Congrats.

Nice Name!

I'd give it about a $500 price tag undeveloped. ;)

I'll offer you $3,000 for it right now...and I don't think you will accept. I see at least 5-6K range.

How can you say $750 when I just offered $3,000 for the domain?

Have you been drinking? :-)

TopNames, he paid double price of your offer.
I just guess the second bidder was BuyDomains.

Is is quite an end user's price.

I would say $7k is a developers price more then an enduser. Good grab Toho.

Hello toho,

whatever you paid for it ,is not necessary the end user price.
several people where after it...in a very short time of opportunity to get this name possibly for different reasons ,the name itself or /and the traffic.
even undeveloped, webcreations.com should bring more what you paid for if ; you only make it publicly now and the right people break down your door...
great catch !!

Unfortunately, a lot of the incoming links/mentions of WebCreations.com are on spam blacklist pages i.e. pages of domains that sites have chosen to block because of spam and/or that they are recommending others block because of spam.

This suggests that it was a notorious spam haven in the past, which IMO greatly reduces the value of the domain.

Of course, since you have a $3,000 offer in this thread it's hard to say that it's worth less than that, but independent of that offer (e.g. if it was retracted at a future date) I would have to put the value of the name at $250-500 because of the spam issue I outlined above.

Thanks folks,

This domain registered May 1995.
I watching until around expired date.

Traffic is not important about these kind of domain purchase Edwin.I have 12,000 daily effective traffic already from all my domains.
I feel one of the best word combination .com for site development business, so did. "Website Creation"

wolfis.com, I agree.
I intend to change my style. so just preparing. Short domain brokeage to site development & traffic exploitation.
So, now I am looking for future company name right now. Even additional services name. Most are two word combination .com
But end user price is usually very high.

Many thanks for your comment and advise.
I am full satisfaction. :)
