I would say that a brand is more valuable than the generic terms, so the $81k valuation is way up there. Still, a five figure domain, but most likely in the $10k - $15k range.

Keyword-rich domain, but too generic. IMO the money used to buy it could be invested in a short brandable and some promotion. I would peg it at high $x,xxx to low $xx,xxx.
