I would say that a brand is more valuable than the generic terms, so the $81k valuation is way up there. Still, a five figure domain, but most likely in the $10k - $15k range.

End user could buy it better; Adam says "do not sell to a domainer sell to the end user" if you can look for end user it would pay you better. Good luck. Cheers.
