A lot of people have said that it looks amazing so far , i just dont have the time to finish it at the moment.

if busy site is setup so it can make around $2000 just of adverts a month and then putting commision based links in webhosting categories will earn a lot in the thousands.

Also to mention the indexu has been custom hacked to be able to show categories like that and i havnt seen any other indexu website with that feature

Basiacly i have only just nearly finished it and havnt added links etc except 1 because i havnt got all the time in the world to add loads of links etc so i havnt fully released the site so the answers to your questions is none. Im selling based on potential as it has loads in my eyes.

Also i dont really have a price in mind as im not sure what it could sell for.

Well it isnt earning anything right now , its developed to have huge earning power so basiacly the price is only for $400 minimum offer is because its a custom design , big potential and coded into indexu. If someone would buy this and then add affiliate links and finish it of then advertise it , it has potential of easily earning $10,000 per month

Not bad traffic numbers but when I visit the site I get a site sort of about hosting and sort of about Board games or something? did something happen to the script...

Yes . The database accedently got overidden but the traffic has still steadily increased. This is with no advertising

Also just noticed what i said was wrong..

The site recieved 14196 hits in May with 447 uniques , averaging 16 per day and 525 hits per day..

This month just little over 2 days in its had 38 uniques and 621 hits
