I am targeting German speakers, which are about 100mn in the world, and yes, web is exactly "web" in German (they spell it with the first capital letter, that is Web).

It sounds fantastic. Like 33k or something, but you really should be asking on a german site.

Whatever the german version of dnforum is. Also, a German would know what kinds of names would appeal to germans better.

If you develop it, you have to read and write German. If you don't already, then that makes it hard.

Germans are still miles away of using .mobi, nobody cares right now..but I am sure with the hype you might get a good price at auction..I think the sooner you sell, the better because my point of view is that the .mobi after the initial hype is not going anywhere..if anyone knows of good .mobi sites that are not just the .mobi version of the .com site it would be great to know.
