Concerning GD webmail paid solution, I am encountering for months now several problems. All my outgoing emails get this error message :

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at gem-wbe31.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
208.109.78.3 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 554 The message was rejected because it contains prohibited virus or spam content.
User-Agent: Web-Based Email 4.14.8

My computer is brand new and no virus at all. I do no spam too :)

What can you do to solve this ?

I could suggest the following

1) have you contacted tech support and what did they say?
2) is your domain name blacklisted - search "spam domains" for lists
3) check your spam assassin scoring for the components in your email like html vs text, bad spam terms

personally we are moving away from gd mail, its been dysfunctional for a while and not good for a mobile business. if you want some suggeston on who we using that we like, pm me. I believe you get what you pay for :)

good luck
Mike

keyser,

I'd like to help you with this. If you tell me a domain name in your Go Daddy account, I can find your info and email you outside of DNForum. Please let me know if you'd still like assistance.

You probably have a link in your email (signature maybe?) and whatever IP address that link resolves to is listed on a spam website like spamhaus.org. If you want help you can PM me.
