I own a webmaster forum which has been online since the mid-late 1990s. It started off as a Geocities Guide site for a few years then in 2000 moved to its own domain & has been there since. I acquired the site from the original owner back in 2005. It runs on the vBulletin 4 forum software.

The site has received 3.5 million unique visitors in just under the past 5 years. More recently, in the past 12 months the site has been averaging around 65,000 unique visitors per month. I have stats from both Quantcast and the script from HaveAMint.com both reporting similar numbers.

The domain name is relevant, but is not a premium domain.

The site is not currently monetized (because I spend too much time working on other projects).

Based primarily on the age & steady traffic, what do you feel such a forum for webmasters/web developers might be worth?
