ForumAbout.Com is a two week old forum directory which runs on free version of phpld. Directory has 24 categories and close to 1100 hand submitted links. There are also quite a number of links which need to be approved and moderated. The site design is based on a slightly customized free template optimized for search engines. Site currently gets anywhere between 10-100 visitors a day. Traffic stats are available at http://www.namewolf.com/fabout.jpg . Current traffic is generated through forum posts, signatures, directories and word of mouth. I had the site recently submitted to 500 web directories by a professional submission service. That has been the only promotion/advertising I have done for the site. With a bit more effort, the directory can take off easily.
I have done no optimization for the ads or locations. Adsense has been generating around $0.50 per day on average. Interested parties can request adsense stats via PM. You can also make more money by selling featured and sponsored links as time goes by.
Looking for offers over $200 with BIN set at $300. Six months of hosting will be included with the site free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. Domain is registered at Moniker and come with a free push.
