Webmaster League is a webmaster forum which runs on VBulletin with a slightly customized VbSkinworks design. Forum is about three week old and has around 32 members and over 208 threads & 958 posts. The site currently gets around 20-40 visitors a day. Traffic is generated through, direct visits, forum posts, review requests, signatures and word of mouth. There has been no paid posts. Most of the members are obtained through invitations from other forums and sites.

Adsense generates around $0.50 - $1 per day without any optimization. Interested parties can request proof of revenue via PM. I am sure revenue could be increased by better ad placement and selling text links or other various ad spots.
I am looking for offers over $300 with BIN set at $500. 12 months of hosting will be included with the sale free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. I will also include a brand new leased VB license if the site is sold at BIN price. You are also free to transfer the site to your server as you like. Domain is registered at Moniker and come with a free push. Payment preferred via Paypal, Neteller or Moneybookers.
