Izopod - I agree with your thoughts. The industry is changing by the day. Seeems a little slow now but most folks I deal with in the Graphics, Design and Webmaster side are still booming. There is a lot of work out there and many new sites going live everyday - Thanks for the thoughts - Steve

think your right izopod
the rate at which software and hardware is developing is still very high

i think the current media we call the internet will be developed upon - i really dont think theyll set out to revinent the wheel as it were

Not a problem Steve. Good luck!! ...and if I didn't say it before, Nice catch!!

Hello Duke - How are you? Yes we bought the name in the after release period from a Great Broker we work with. We actually had a client for the name and they are having some financial troubles, so we kept the domain. Our development group saw this one and off they went with the start to a new site. I posted it for a review by you folks, prior to them completeing the site in the next few months, just to see what your thoughts were.

Anyone reading this thread - STOP OVER TO DNJournal.com and take a look around - What a great job they are doing - Congrad. Duke!!! Steve

Personally by 2008, I don't plan on using the internet like I do now. I see myself interacting with it in a (certain) way. I see myself using it for personal gain in a (certain) way. I definitely don't see me sitting in front of a computer "surfing" the web. Who wants to be tied to it like we are now. I don't see a TV/Internet model in great numbers either.

Again, I'd rather be on the go with it using specifically for my own personal gain. That my good friend will be the legacy of the internet. How one uses it to get an "edge".

Surfing the "web" if you think about it is a very boring activity. We do it because at this point no one has developed a technology "stable" enough to "un-teather" us. What I have in mind doesn't include "palm" computing or "wireless" technology either! :D

May your noodles rest on that...

My Noodles are resting - Izopod - Sounds Great - Mobility is the future - I was in New Orleans a while back and walked in to a square off of Bourbon Street and they had installed this new wireless connection to the internet in this "zone" and there were all these people sitting around the park on their palms and laptops connected to the interent - Now that was COOL -

One of the best .us names I have seen posted here. Good luck.

Hmm, Maybe your WebMaster.US should marry my WebMistress.US. You got a great name there, that's for sure!

CHEERS!
