I bought this site not too long ago with some plans but never did(increase pr and generate better income, I expected PR5 or better this time but who knows.) and never sold text links like previous owner did.

I did lots of posting on other webmaster forums, advertising then stop but I just put adversting on ******** and other high traffic site as well. Bought several PR6 links and directory submission. Used to 23k google indexed but it dropped last two weeks. I installed vBSeo recently. Got paid webmaster directory which I did same ads for main site. I sold several feature links.

Domain name is good(domain webmasterforums.com sold at $10k when he register webmasterforums.net)

Owned vBulletin License expired so I think it is not transferrable..but comes with 2 custom skins.

if you doing good ads and get some good links, this site has lot of pontential.
I just bought another big site and just don't have time for it.

Current adsense brings about $15 per month so it is nothing..but site is very good candidate for selling text link, directory.

The site does pretty well and I have just started trying to generate revenue from it in the last 3 or so months and it has done very well.

I know nearly every thread I have read for site sales have said about a site's potential but you just have to look at WebmasterForums to see it really does have a lot of potential to go a lot further than I have taken it.

The reason I am selling is I don't really like running these type of sites and I haven't for some time now, I have been holding on to it hoping it was just a phase and I would get the drive again to keep going at it, but I just can't get it.

I have been offered a nice contract deal to run a number of poker sites which I will be doing, so I will have even less time for WebmasterForums.

The only costs is hosting (I am hosting it right now and it could run on a shared server).

Before anyone reads on, I do have a reserve and I will post here when it is reached, it isn't too high and I think it is good for a site of this calibre.

The site averages just under 1000 uniques/week - This is without one $ spent on advertising.

The revenue is roughly ~$400/month and I have just got a few companies that are interested in doing longer term deals, which is a great thing instead of having to manage advertisers monthly.
I will get screenshots if the bidding goes above my reserve and people request it, I have thousands of transactions in my PP every month and I will have to go through and take out the ones that aren't from WMF.

Current Highest bid is $3600 from DP.
