This is a vbulletin RSS feeds plugin, it's name is Inferno RSS FF Technology.
It took the bot around 4 to 5 months to collect this amount of data and it took me long as well to find the suitable sites for RSS feeds.

You told about having other plugins installed. Are their licenses included as well?

Thanks for your post, the site is licensed (vBulletin owned license that ends on June 2007) but I prefer to keep the licenses for my self and not to sell them and this also applies to the plugins.
