Webnamesolution.com - Charged Card, Domain Not Delivered

I used webnamesolution.com to get a dropping domain. They charged my card for just shy of $200 and they got the domain. But, 30 days after it dropped and they got it, they have yet to transfer it to me. I've sent e-mails and voicemails for a while with no response. Obviously I can do a chargeback -- but that effectively gives them a license to steal domains from me and others. I've contacted their registrar (1hostkuwait.com) and I am thinking about contacting ICAAN if they continue to be unresponsive.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for how to deal with this issue?

do a search here to see what kind of sca..... err, business they conduct

They offer domains for $199 that they don't own. Everyone gets these spams. I would do a chargeback asap if I were you and contact Visa or Mastercard to drop their access.
