I`m looking to sell one of my websites www.website-builder.com

I bought the domain a couple of years ago at buydomains.com for $2800

and I have spent around $15,000 on the development and seo.

This site holds a page rank 6 and many inner pr5's.

I`m looking to sell it immediately at $10,000, I am pricing this to sell soon because I need payment for an apartment, in which i`m around $30K short.

There is no monthly sales or profit for the site, i have neglected the site ever since, due to over load of work.

The domain alone is worth the price of $10,000 not to forget the pagerank it has.
