I am selling the ebook "Clever Income" for 49$ to my customers. The "make money" segment is a huge market, and I have sold a few copies since I started the website four months ago. And for a person with an own website with some traffic, this would be a much more profitable product to advertise compared with affiliate-programs and getting paid per click. By adding a new design to the site and making some small text changes, a new owner could probably increase the sales rate a lot.
