Wanted: Domain Website Developer to Develop CamperLinks.com, other domains and share revenues!

I am the owner of the domain name, CamperLinks.com, which is #1 in it's keyword-related search in Google. I used to run it as an information website, and I have been told over and over by others that the name would make an excellent developed full system website, maybe for wanted ads, classifieds, information, etc. I am interested in having a website designer/developer create a site around this domain name and then share all revenues with me from the name as we work together to increase visibility, possibly with the intent of selling the developed site and name at a good profit. I cannot pay cash right now, but am willing to share in the rewards and help with the layout, the vision, the idea, etc.
