Does anyone else check the stats of recently registered, newly acquired, or just developed domains shortly after setting them up?

I'm always intrigued when I check the stats for domains that I don't expect to have any (or minimal traffic) and find referring domains listed. For instance I recently purchased an website (English) and within days of moving it to my server I noticed a referrer from a Spanish language website...specifically Univision.com!

I just find it odd...
