Hi i know itsounds a foolish domain but i plan to devlop it into a web realted community etc waht do uthink if the doamin itself and what if its devloped etc ?

well for building, it's a fine fine name if you theme it right.

With out building it, it's a dog that is for sure. The thing I like about it, is that if you build it as a really fun site it would work great. But the will be tricky to theme it right, that is why I say it's a dog with out being built right.
