It's a good looking site!

However some things I noticed:

1) I think it would be better to have more continuity in the topbar.... It looks really cool on the front page, but then as you go around, it changes. I think it's best to keep essential parts like that constant throughout the site.

2) Overall, it looks like more care has been taken with the design of the front page. If this was emulated throughout the site, it would be more impressive IMO.

3) With the site map (and correct me because I'm probably wrong), if you have it in there for purposes of "spreading" pagerank throughout your site, then it might be better to use text links, as they contain the keywords from your site... I only say this because your site isn't that large, so I was assuming this was your aim..... Once again, correct me if I'm wrong.

But overall, I think it's a solid site.
